Postmaster's wife indicted by grand jury

The wife of Big Spring’s postmaster faces felony charges after being indicted for alleged fraudulent filing of assistance claims.
Felicia Guadalupe Fleet was among those indicted during last week’s session of the Howard County grand jury. She is charged with tampering with a governmental record, a third degree felony which carries a possible prison term of up to 10 years.
