Reynaldo 'Rey' Juarez

Reynaldo “Rey” Juarez, 46, of Big Spring, died Saturday May 24, 2014 at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Vigil services will be 7 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel, with burial following at Mount Olive Memorial Park.

He was born Aug. 7, 1968, to Lydia and Juan Juarez Sr. in Big Spring. He was a lifetime resident of Big Spring and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Until retiring due to ill health, he worked in construction as a roofer.

He is survived by his wife, Erlinda Juarez of Big Spring; three brothers, Carlos Flores, Raymond Chavarria and Juan Juarez Jr., all of Big Spring; three sisters, Priscilla Juarez of Midland, Linda Juarez of Big Spring and Judy Juarez of Wichita Falls; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Lydia Juarez; grandparents, Nazario and Josepha Juarez; three brothers, David Flores Lopez, Armando Lopez and Jesus Chavarria; and one sister, Amelia Lopez.
