Roger Dale Soles

Dale Soles, 69, of Big Spring died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at his residence. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Monday at Trinity Memorial Park.

He was born May 14, 1943, in Colorado City, Texas to Myrl and Lewis Soles. He married Joyce Soles on April 2, 1968 in Big Spring. He worked as a contract pumper in the oilfield and was a ham radio operator in Colorado City.

He is survived by his mother, Myrl Soles of Big Spring; three daughters, Michelle Garrett of Colorado Springs, Colo., Melissa Huff of Big Spring and Robin Dugan of Plano; two brothers, Ken Soles of Harlingen and Landon Soles of Midland; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Joyce.
