Rosie Lee Paxton, 66, of Clovis, N.M., formerly of Big Spring died Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, at her home in Clovis. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, in Clovis, N.M. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories.

Rosie was born Dec. 27, 1944, to Clarence William and Della Mae (Walker) Dickson in Bryan, Texas. She married Herbert Paxton and they came to Clovis in 1997.

Survivors inlcude her son, David (Dalacia) Eddington of Clovis, N.M.; a daughter, Linda (Ken) Eddington Jones of San Angelo, Texas; a sister, Mary (Williams) Houston of Pueblo, Colo.; two brothers, William Dickson Jr. and Jimmy Lee Dickson, both of Bryan, Texas; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Della; husband, Herbert; a daughter, Della Renee Dickson; two brothers, Lester Dickson and Edward Dickson; and a sister, Georgia Lee Foster.
