Ruby Pate

Born in Hamilton County, Texas on Nov. 19, 1926, the daughter of Sophie (Kopp) and Rudolf Wagner. Ruby went to her heavenly home Jan. 16, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at First Methodist Church in Sterling City, Texas, Jan. 18, 2014.

Burial will be Sunday, Jan. 19, at the private family cemetery in Shive, Texas, located at 1273 Country Rd. 518 Shive, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations to be given to your favorite charity.

Mrs. Pate is preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Zettler, parents, Sophie and Rudolf Wagner, and brother, Harvey Wagner.

Survivors are husband Charlie Pate; sisters Alice Rosentreter and husband Wilburn and Wanda Hutcherson and husband Allie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Sterling City. Church service will be held Saturday at the United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. A viewing will be held on Sunday at the Shive Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Graveside services will follow at 3:30 p.m.
