San Juana 'Janie' Martinez Rogers

San Juana “Janie” Martinez Rogers, 63, of Fort Worth, formerly of Big Spring, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel with burial at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.

She was born June 23, 1950, in Sinton to Guadalupe and Federico Martinez. She lived most of her life in Big Spring prior to moving to Fort Worth. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.

She is survived by one son, Graciano Rogers of Big Spring; three daughters, JoAnn Rai, Sonya Arsiaga and Julie Juarez, all of Fort Worth; two brothers,m Jody Martinez and Andy Martinez, both of Big Spring; three sisters, Lily Martinez of Fort Worth, Maria Douglas of New Mexico, and Yolanda Calvio of Fort Worth; 21 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
