Sexual assault indictments handed down

Sexual assault and drug cases dominated Thursday's session of the Howard County Grand Jury.
The grand jury returned a total of 28 felony indictments against 19 individuals during the session.
Among those true-billed were Albert Trevino Carrillo, 34, of 1500 Mesa in Big Spring, who was named in three indictments — one for first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a child and two for indecency with a child, both second degree felonies.
If convicted, Carrillo could face up to 99 years or life in prison for the aggravated sexual assault charge and up to 20 years on the indecency charges.
Carrillo's alleged offenses occurred around July 1, 2008, in Big Spring.
Also facing multiple sexual assault charges are Hector Manuel Gonzales Jr., 33, of 3730 Adams St., who was named in a four-count indictment for aggravated sexual assault of a child, and Larry Wayne Nicholson, 30, currently in the Howard County Jail, who was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Others indicted by the grand jury Thursday were:
• Nadia Julia Aguilar, 24, 505 S. Aylsford, possession of a controlled substance (second degree felony).
• Olivia Talietha Ballin, 38, 805 Lorilla, delivery of a controlled substance (first degree felony).
• LaFawn Johnson Cantu, 39, 508 Young, delivery of a controlled substance (first degree felony).
• Kyle Larand Combs, 41, Waskom, Texas, driving while intoxicated (third degree felony).
• Ashlan Jamon Davis, 29, Mesquite, Texas, possession of marijuana (state jail felony).
• Roger Kendall Johnson, 42, Denver City, Texas, driving while intoxicated (second degree felony).
• Steve Gary Karibian, 37, 1308 Boykins, evading arrest (state jail felony).
• Daniel Forest Mondier, 27, 505 S. Aylsford, delivery of a controlled substance (state jail felony), delivery of a controlled substance (second degree felony) and possession of a controlled substance (second degree felony).
• Christopher Lee Myrick, 35, Howard County Jail, theft of aluminum copper brass (third degree felony/enhanced).
• Sonny Jordan Olivio, 38, Howard County Jail, two counts of burglary of a habitation (first degree felony/enhanced).
• Freddie Ramos, 27, Howard County Jail, evading arrest (third degree felony/enhanced).
• Nathan Delco Robinson, 37, 1508 Sycamore, two counts of delivery of marijuana (third degree felony/enhanced).
• Andrea Marie Ruiz, 24, 1602 S. Settles, possession of a controlled substance (second degree felony).
• Wesley James Shoup, 44, 800 W. Marcy No. 22 or 4016 Vicky, intoxication assault (third degree felony).
• Joe Ernest Valencia, 28, 202 N.E. Third, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (third degree felony), delivery of a controlled substance (first-degree felony/enhanced) and possession of a controlled substance (first degree felony/enhanced).
• Curtis Dwayne Woodruff, 26, Howard County Jail, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (first degree felony/enhanced).
