Symphony presents "Time Travels' Feb. 19

February 12, 2011

Two soloists will highlight “Time Travels,” Big Spring Symphony's third concert of the 2010-2011 season, titled “Home is Where the Heart Is.”

The performance is planned for 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, in the Big Spring High School Auditorium.

One featured guest artist is soprano Sarah Beckham of New York City, daughter of Big Spring native James Beckham. She will perform several of the most popular and familiar arias from the Opera repertoire, as well as one song from music theater.

The concert will also feature Symphony founding member and principal flutist Marjory Jennings.
