The body of Conrad Alvarez, a sergeant in the U.S. Army who was killed in action in the Baghdad area of Iraq, arrived at the McMahon-Wrinkle Airpark at 1:30 p.m. today to awaiting family and friends. Holding American flags, hundreds of people lined the path as his body was transported to Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
