Artists and crafters from throughout the Southwest will fill the main barn with original art and handcrafted items, according to organizers. Hours for the festival will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. There is no admission fee.
Shelia Richardson, organizer, said the show will feature a number of newcomers to the Big Spring area.
“First-time exhibitors will offer items such as clothing, hair accessories, prints in barnwood frames and gift items,” said Richardson. “Returning exhibitors will offer a wide assortment of items, including wood signs, seasonal decorations, beaded jewelry, candy, homemade salsa, birdhouses, silver jewelry, purses, candles and Southest jewelry.”
Others will offer peanut brittle, dolls, country crafts, framed prints, decorative ceramics, children’s CDs, sugarfree jams and jellies, knives, magnetic jewelry, baked goods, handmade glass beads and wind spinners.
