The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOEL A. FLORES, 26, of 2522 Langley, was arrested Tuesday on a local warrant.
• EMILIO J. ELY, 23, of 711 N.W. Eighth Street, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• CARLOS R. GARCIA, 29, of 600 Bell Street, was arrested Tuesday on a local capias warrant.
• JOE A. CANALES, 24, of 409 Owens, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• ADRIAN RODRIGUEZ, 29, of 1605 Harding, was arrested Wednesday on a local warrant.
• THEFT was reported:
in the 2300 block of Carl.
in the 500 block of Westover Road.
in the 900 block of Willia.
• EVADING ARREST OR DETENTION was reported in the 1800 block of Gregg Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
in the 1200 block of Johnson.
in the 1400 block of Virginia
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 800 block of Fourth Street.
• ASSAULT BY CONTACT was reported in the 500 block of Bell.
• AGGRAVATED ASSAULT was reported in the 1900 block of Scurry.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 47 inmates at the time of this report.
• SHANNON DEWAYNE SMITHIE, 33, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation and assault – family violence.
• BOBBY PHILLIP MASTERS, 46, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of bondsman off bond for theft and bail jumping – failure to appear.
• ALISHA MANETTE SMITH, 35, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• MINNIE MARIE WILSON, 38, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for theft by a public servant.
• STEVE TIMOTHY SANFORD, 45, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of bondsman off bond for driving while intoxicated and bondsman off bond for theft.
The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Aylesford. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 700 block of Saunders. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Donley. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Benton. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the intersection of 21st Street and Main. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of College. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of Owens. One person was transported to SMMC.
