Jesse D. Summers, 76, a former resident, died Saturday, May 3, 2008 in Miami. A viewing was held Monday at Vior Funeral Home in Miami. No funeral services were held. A memorial service is planned for a later date. He was born in Carumet, Mich., and served for several years in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Luisa Summers, of Miami.
