Jessie T. ‘Bud’ Summers Jr.

Jessie T. “Bud” Summers Jr., 76, a former resident of Forsan, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, in Miami, Fla.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, at the Forsan Baptist Church.

Mr. Summers was a member of the First Baptist Church in Big Spring. He retired from Webb Air Force Base, was a volunteer firefighter, reserve sheriff's deputy, a Shriner and a member of the Masonic Lodge 1340 from 1982 to 1991. He was a Christian.

He is survived by his wife, Aluisa of Miami, Fla.; step-son, Alex, and step-daughter Kimayra, both of Miami, Fla.; an identical twin brother, Jim of Arkansas; two sisters, Harriett of Oklahoma and Betty of Richardson; two daughters, Jeri of Georgia and Sonnet of Forsan; two sons, John and Joseph, both of Amarillo; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
