Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery under the direction of Lawrence-Adams Funeral Home.

Born Feb. 13, 1931, in Stephens County, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Ona (McKelvain) Noland.  She married J.D. Laws Feb. 17, 1951, in Cisco. He preceded her in death in 1978. Floy was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Anson Chamber of Commerce.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Survivors include one son, Tim Laws and wife, Cherry, of Clyde; two daughters, Beverley Humphreys and husband, Dale, of Big Spring and Dianna Clark and husband, Ricky, of Highland Village; two sisters, Irene Hutchins of Abilene and Billie Judkins of Breckenridge; one sister-in-law, Francys Noland of Hurst; and four grandchildren, Joy Humpreys and fiancé, Jeb Clark, of Lubbock, Colton Laws and Weston Laws, both of Clyde, and Randall Clark of Highland Village.
