• FRANCISCO TREVINO, 44, of 2614 Knershaw, was arrested Saturday on a Gaines County warrant.

• OBSAINRENE VELASQUEZ-ALVEREZ, 25, of Bridge Port, was arrested Saturday on two local citations and held for immigration.

• BOBBY PHILLIP MASTERS, 46, of 603 Tubb Loop Road, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.

• DAVID WAYNE HOLSENBECK, 39, was arrested Friday by DPS on charges of bondsman off bond for driving while license invalid, theft of a firearm and theft of a firearm – grand jury indictment.

• RAY FOWLER, 38, was arrested Friday by DPS on a charge of fraud – theft by check.

• ANGELA KAY ARBUCKLE, 50, was arrested Friday by DPS on charges of driving while license invalid, speeding, driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

• BILLY JOE CHAVERA, 30, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of resisting arrest, search or transportation.

• LUIS MARCELO GARCIA SELVAN, 20, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, no seat belt and fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.
