The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 44, of 429 Westover Road, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • JOSHUA JOEL RIOS, 25, of 2616 Langley, was arrested Sunday on six local warrants. • JOEY R. MARTINEZ, 34, of 307 McKinnley, was arrested Sunday on a charge of criminal mischief. Note: An activity report for the weekend was not available at press time due to computer problems, according to BSPD officials. The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity: Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 61 inmates at the time of this report. • MIRANDA NICOLE HOLDMAN, 24, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for theft of service. • DALLAS INEZ JORDAN, 38, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of a controlled substance. • DAVANNA NICOLE WILEY, 21, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • DELISHA LAQUETTE FRANCIS, 37, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • SASHA LATOYA HICKMAN, 20, was arrested Friday by DPS on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. • RONNY LARON WILLIAMS, 19, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • JOEY LEE KIRKLAND, 36, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of occupational license. • HARRISON JAMES HOWARD, 21, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • NATHAN ROBINSON, 33, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of a controlled substance. • RAMIRO VALENCIA MARQUEZ, 18, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO charges of bondsman off bond for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and bondsman off bond for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less in a drug free zone. • THOMAS WILLIAM MURPHY, 29, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, bondsman off bond for evading arrest/detention, bondsman off bond for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, bondsman off bond for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense, bondsman off bond for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice – giving false information, bondsman off bond for driving while license invalid, bondsman off bond for operating a motorcycle without approved head gear, bondsman off bond for failure to display registration, bondsman off bond for no driver's license and bondsman off bond for no liability insurance. • ANTHONY THOMAS MCGRUDER, 37, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. • JOEY MARTINEZ JR., 34, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief. • DELISHA LAQUETTE FRANCIS, 37, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. • JOE ANTHONY BUSTAMANTE, 19, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of theft by check. Sixth Street. • MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC. • TRAUMA was reported in the 2300 block of S. Gregg Street.
