Step back and take a good lookTo the Editor, My wife and I have been really put off lately by the "customer service" we have been receiving from local businesses. It seems as though the businesses have forgotten who their real bread and butter is.
We have been dining at a couple of local restaurants and the service was horrendous. The establishments' excuses were that they had large orders from Alon. Well guess what, these very disrespectful workers that are here temporarily will be gone shortly (thank goodness) and they will be left with us, the real customers. Alon has not paid their taxes and yet we are catering to them. Not just the restaurant industry, all businesses need to take a step back and look at their customer service skills.
