U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Yolanda Hands presents a plaque to Bob Kerr, administrator of Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home, this morning. Twenty-five airmen from Dyess Air Force Base visited the veterans home and took part in the ceremony, which included the presentation of two U.S. flags flown in Iraq and a plaque of appreciation for the residents of the veterans home for service to their country.
