Jail House Construction Continues

Work continues on the $11.57 million county jail being constructed on Big Spring's west side. The facility — which is more than 30 percent complete at this time — is expected to be finished in March, with move-in set for sometime in April. (HERALD Photos/Thomas Jenkins)
