The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
Note: An activity log for the corresponding time was not available due to computer problems, according to BSPD officials.
• DANIEL VERA FLORES, 40, of 1507 W. Fourth St., was arrested Thursday on charges of assault by threats and public intoxication.
• TIFFANY VILLAREAL, 21, of 608 N.W. Third St., was arrested Thursday on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, no driver's license, unrestrained child under five years of age and displaying an expired motor vehicle registration.
• KRISTAN NICOLE RIOS, 20, of 1002 N. Main St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• JESUS BARRIENTOS, 17, of 1514 Kentucky Way, was arrested Friday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• JOSEPH GARCIA, 18, of 1011 Runnels, was arrested Friday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 66 inmates at the time of this report.
• BRANDIE JETTON, 32, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on charges of harassment and criminal mischief.
• MARTIN ANTHONY RAMIREZ, 18, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of assault of a public servant and resisting arrest, search or transportation.
• ROBERT DONALD GILBERT, 40, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• CLAYTON DOW BIRMELIN, 22, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of theft.
• ERNEST WILLIAM CLARK, 68, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal trespass.
• JUAN PABLO FERDIN, 49, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• JIMMY FRANKLIN MASSINGILL, 41, was arrested Thursday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid.
• ALEXANDER BURCIAGA, 19, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear and evading arrest or detention.
• EDRION PATRICK HOUSTON, 18, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of evading arrest or detention and resisting arrest, search or transportation.
• THOMAS ROYLYNN WHITE, 17, was arrested Thursday by DPS on a charge of no driver's license.
• LORENZO FERRERA YANEZ, 34, was arrested Friday by DPS on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 300 block of McDonald. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2300 block of Gatesville. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 2100 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1600 block of Driver Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Utah. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Colby. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Simler. One person was transported to SMMC.
• AUTOMOBILE FIRE was reported in the 300 block of W. Fifth Street.
