The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• DEAN CAMDEN, 19, of 3215 Cornell, was arrested Thursday on a charge of theft of a firearm.
• ELISA ORTIA, 26, of 1407 Virginia, was arrested Thursday on a charge of theft of a firearm.
• ROBERT SANCHEZ, 44, of 423 Westover Rd., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ERLINDA RIOS, 21, of 1906 Winston, was arrested Friday on charges of duty on strinking fixture and disorderly conduct – language.
• THEFT was reported:
in the 3200 block of 11th Street.
in the 1500 block of Johnson.
in the 3400 block of Highway 80.
• TERRORISTIC THREAT was reported in the 400 block of Fourth Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• ASSAULT CLASS C/FAMILY VIOLENCE was reported in the 400 block of Hillside.
• ASSAULT BY CONTACT was reported in the 700 block of Avondale.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 47 inmates at the time of this report.
• JUAN JOSE ACUNA, 25, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of resisting arrest, search or transportation.
• FRANCISCO CERVANTES, 30, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
• MICHAEL LEE DOTSON, 61, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a miscellaneous charge.
• MICHAEL SHAE JACKMAN, 23, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault Class C – family violence.
• RUBEN JUAREZ, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less in a drug free zone and possession of a dangerous drug.
• ELISEO CELESTINO MEDINA, 21, was arrested by immigration on a charge of burglary of a habitation.
• MICAH LEVI PEARSON, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of harrasment.
The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of N. Fourth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Highway 350. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Simler. One person was transported to SMMC.
