The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• EMILIO DIAZ, 25, of 711 N.W. Eighth St., was arrested Monday on a charge of no driver's license when unlicensed.
• THEFT was reported:
in the 200 block of FM 700.
in the 400 block of Fourth Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
in the 2600 block of Fairchild.
in the 800 block of Johnson.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
in the 1100 block of 12th Street.
in the 2500 block of Langley.
• ASSAULT CLASS C/FAMILY VIOLENCE was reported in the 2200 block of 25th Street.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 84 inmates at the time of this report.
• ANDREA DENISE ALENDER, 36, was arrested by deputies on a motion to revoke probation.
• RONNIE GENE BUSSEY, 65, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOE LOPEZ CHAVEZ, 39, was arrested by deputies on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon and contempt of child support order.
• ERNEST CLARK, 69, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.
• EMILIO DIAZ, 25, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of no driver's license.
• JOSHUA JOHN FONDA, 23, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
• KELLY DAWN FORSHEE, 41, was arrested by deputies on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• DELENA LUTIA FRANCO, 38, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on charges of forgery of a financial instrument and possession of a controlled substance.
• DANIEL LEAL FRAUSTO, 52, was transferred from the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office after being arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
• STEPHANIE LYNN GALAN, 21, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of theft.
• EDUARDO GALLARDO, 49, was arrested by deputies on a charge of public intoxication.
• VICTORIA HANNABASS, 20, was arrested by deputies on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• WILLIAM JAY MCNEW, 50, was arrested by deputies on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• ALFRED RAY MIEARS, 48, was arrested by deputies on a parole revocation warrant.
• ERIK PAUL WAYNE QUALLS, 43, was arrested by deputies on a charge of disorderly conduct.
The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported at the intersection of Third and Owens. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Larry. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1100 block of E. Fourth. One person was transported to SMMC.
• FALSE CALL was reported in the area of 15th and Settles.
