The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• LYNDON FRALEY, 49, of 1425 Sixth St., was arrested Wednesday on a local warrant. • DANIEL DELEON, 29, of 705 E. 13th, was arrested Wednesday on a local warrant. • THEFT was reported: in the 500 block of Runnels. in the 200 block of FM 700. in the 1800 block of Gregg Street. • TERRORISTIC THREAT was reported in the 500 block of 17th Street. • FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION was reported in the 400 block of Fourth Street.
The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity: Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 75 inmates at the time of this report. • FRANKLIN LA MARR CURTIS, 43, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – fighting. • DANIEL DELEON, 29, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • LYNDON TRENT FRALEY, 49, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. • FRANK GARZA, 59, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense. • BRANDI ANN HUTCHESON, 25, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a probation revocation for possession of a controlled substance. • BOE LEWIS PAYNE, 27, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of driving while license invalid, no insurance and violation of a promise to appear. • JOSHUA ANTHONY YANEZ, 21, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid.
The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity: • MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC. • MEDICAL was reported in the area of N. McDonald Road. Service refused. • MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Fairchild. One person was transported to SMMC. • MEDICAL was reported in the 2600 block of Langley. One person was transported to SMMC. • MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of Scott. Service refused. • MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of E. 11th Place. One person was transported to SMMC. • DUMPSTER FIRE was reported near the intersection of 15th Street and Nolan.
