The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• CHRISTINE CRAMER, 34, of 507 W. Third St., was arrested Saturday on charges of no seatbelt, driving while license invalid and public intoxication. • CHRISTOPHER WELSH, 37, of 613 Steakley, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • NOLAN-CASEY MOORE, 20, of 2704 Crestline, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • KATHERINE THAGGARD, 26, of 1400 State Park Dr., was arrested Saturday on two local warrants. • DONOVAN GRISSOM, 18, of 5700 Cedar Rd. Apt. 2, was arrested Saturday on a charge of driving under the influence by a minor. • THOMAS CAMARILLO, 36, of 413 S. Fifth St. in Coahoma, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while intoxicated. • JARREL LAMONTE WILLIAMS, 22, of 1501 Lincoln, was arrested Sunday on two local warrants. • NAOMI NADINE RIOS, 21, of 905 E. 16th St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and four local warrants. • ROMERO VILLARREAL JR., 25, of 1614 Canary, was arrested Sunday on four local warrants. • ETTA RENE MELTON, 47, of 614 Steakley, was arrested Sunday on four local warrants. • JESSICA NATALI FLORES, 23, of 2622 Hunter, was arrested Sunday on a local warrant. • JUAN MIGUEL LERMA, 22, of 605 Linda Lane, was arrested Sunday on a charge of harassment. • JESSICA FAYE BROOKS, 22, if 1712 E. 15th St., was arrested Sunday on four local warrants. • NATHAN RICHARDSON, 20, of 1309 Stanford, was arrested Sunday on a charge of minor in consumption of an alcoholic beverage. • TAVIAN ATKINS, 22, of 2517 Fairchild, was arrested Monday on four local warrants. • VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER was reported in the 1400 block of Sixth Street. • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – TWO OUNCES OR LESS was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street. • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1500 block of Johnson. • BURGLARY OF A HABITATION – ASSAULT was reported in the 400 block of Aylesford. • ASSAULT BY CONTACT was reported: in the 1900 block of N. Highway 87. in the 1000 block of Main Street. in the 1500 block of Sycamore. • THEFT was reported in the 400 block of Gregg Street. • HARASSMENT OF A PUBLIC SERVANT was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street. • CRIMINAL TRESPASS was reported in the 2700 block of Wasson. • BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 1600 block of Sunset. • BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 2500 block of Wasson. The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity: Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 88 inmates at the time of this report. • TAVIAN ATKINS, 22, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on contempt charges for no valid motor inspection certificate, failure to appear (two counts) and failure to control speed. • JOSEPH RAY BACA, 24, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less. • SAMANTHA YVONNIE BREHM, 26, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. • JESSICA FAYE BROOKS, 22, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on contempt charges for no seatbelt, violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and failure to maintain financial responsibility. • TINA BUTLER, 46, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • THOMAS RAY CAMARILLO, 36, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated. • FELICIA CANALES, 20, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and harassment of a public servant. • OKYTRA COLE, 30, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of no safety belts and failure to appear. • CHRISTINE MARIE CRAMER, 34, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication and contempt charges for no seatbelt and driving while license invalid. • RHETT DAYLON DEDMON, 37, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of possession of a controlled substance – more than 28 grams, less than 200 grams, possession of a controled substance – more than 4 grams, less than 28 grams and unlawfully carrying a weapon (three counts). • JESSICA NATALIE FLORES, 23, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a contempt charge of speeding. • VALERIE MIRAMONTES FLORES, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of failure to appear (three counts), displaying an expired motor vehicle registration, no driver’s license, driving while license invalid, unrestrained child under 5 years of age and violation of a promise to appear. • DUSTIN RAY GOODMAN, 20, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal trespass. • DONOVAN LAMOUNT GRISSOM, 18, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor. • JOE EPIFANIO GUZMAN, 21, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, resisting arrest, search or transportation and assault of a public servant. • JUAN LERMA, 21, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on charges of harassment and theft by check. • MICHEL RAY LEWIS, 48, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • KENDRA MICHELLE MATTHEWS, 27, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • LATOYA JEANETTE MAXWELL, 24, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of possession of a controlled substance – more than 200 grams, less than 400 grams, and revoked bond warrants for resisting arrest, search or transportation, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, driving while intoxicated – open container and terroristic threat against a public servant. • ETTA RENEE MELTON, 47, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on contempt charges for failure to appear (two counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility and traffic violation. • NOLAN MOORE, 20, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • SUSAN ETTA OVERTON, 23, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated – open container. • NATHAN PRECOTT RICHARDSON, 20, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor. • NAOMI NADINE RIOS, 21, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, no driver’s license, violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and allowing a child 4-17 years of age to ride unsecured. • RICHARD CHARLES SIMMONS, 33, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on charges of possession of a controlled substance – more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. • MARCUS LYNN SMITH, 29, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of expired motor vehicle registration and failure to appear. • KATHERINE THAGGARD, 26, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on chares of no driver’s license and displaying a fictitious inspection certificate. • ROMERO VILLAREAL, 25, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on contempt charges for violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and expired driver’s license. • CHRISTOPHER LYNN WELSH, 37, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • JARREL LOMANTE WILLIAMS, 21, was transferred to the county
