• RICKY BOB YANEZ, 24, 1407 Lincoln, was arrested on a charge of failure to identify.
• DOMONIQUE WILLIAMS, 20, 609 S. Nolan, was arrested on a warrant from another agency.
• ALBERTO RIVAS, 51, 610 N. W. Eighth, was arrested on charges of assault Class C and interference with an emergency phone call.
• ASSAULT CLASS C/FAMILY VIOLENCE was reported in the 600 block of Interstate 20.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1000 block of Birdwell and the 1600 block of Wood.
• CRIMINAL TRESPASS was reported in the 900 block of Nolan and the 1800 block of FM 700.
• DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/I
VALID was reported in the 1600 block of Third.
• FAILURE TO IDENTIFY was reported in the 1400 block of Lincoln.
• THEFT WAS REPORTED in the 4100 block of Dixon and the 1400 block of Lincoln.
• VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER was reported in the 400 block of Lancaster.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity (Note — officials reported 70 prisoners in the county jail):
• COLBY LEE BEARD, 18, was arrested by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• COURTNEY JO BUCK, 34, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on charges of no seat belt and failure to appear.
• MELISSA CHAVEZ, 25, was arrested by DPS on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• KEITH ANDREW HILARIO, 26, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• LORENZO LOPEZ JUAREZ, 51, was arrested by DPS on a charge of no driver’s license.
• MICHAEL LEE MUNOZ, 26, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on a charge of robbery.
• BRYON PATRICK PAYNE, 23, was arrested by deputies on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and assault on a public servant.
• BOBBY L. PENA, 20, was transferred from BSPD after being arrested on charges of disregarded stop sign, failure to appear and no driver’s license.
• PRESTON WAYNE SAVELL, 29, was arrested on a probation revocation warrant for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
