The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today:
• JORDAN MCLEOD, 19, of 618 Tulane, was arrested Saturday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor. • TIODORO DIAZ, 41, of 407 State, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • SARAH HERNANDEZ, 31, of Sweetwater, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • JENNIFER MARTINEZ, 22, of 2517 Chanute, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • SEAN THOMASON, 21, of 307 Pine, was arrested Saturday on a charge of public intoxication. • DANIEL MONTEZ VIERA, 22, of 1402 Stadium, was arrested Saturday on a charge of theft. • ROY GUERRERO CERVANTES JR., 30, of 4202 Parkway, was arrested Sunday on charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest. • DAVID BURCIAGA, 29, of Del Rio, was arrested Sunday on a charge of possession of a prohibited wireless device in a correction facility. • MICHELLE LYNN GARDNER, 19, of 1109 Lancaster, was arrested Sunday on two local warrants. • THEFT was reported: In the 200 block of FM 700. In the 1100 block of Lamesa. • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported: In the 200 block of FM 700. In the 4200 block of Parkway. • ASSAULT CLASS C/FAMILY VIOLENCE was reported in the 2900 block of Clanton. • ASSAULT BY CONTACT was reported: In the 600 block of Holbert. In the 1900 block of N. Highway 87. • BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 1300 block of Tucson. • AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY INJURY was reported in the 600 block of Holbert. The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity: Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 59 inmates at the time of this report. • DALE ROBERT SCHENCK, 27, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated. • JAMES WENDELL TUBBS, 31, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct. • FRANK LEE JACKSON, 51, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • MARCUS EVARTS WILKINSON, 56, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – second offense. • JERRY LOU HINOJOS, 41, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense. • JARREL LAMONTE WILLIAMS, 22, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for possession of a prohibited weapon. • SHANE LEE NEWSOM, 45, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for contempt of court – nonpayment of child support. • GABRIEL ORTIZ, 22, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of no seat belt. • LUPE MENDOZA CHAVARRIA, 56, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of accumulated items and failure to appear. • ISAAC BARRIENTES, 19, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of disorderly conduct -fighting and failure to appear. • JOSE LIVARES, 49, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, disregarding warning signs or barricade, violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and no driver’s license. • SYLVESTER GRAHAM, 51, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal trespass of a habitation/shelter – center. • MISTY D. CLAYTON, 28, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance – more than three grams, less than 28 grams, expired driver’s license, driving while license invalid (two counts) and failure to maintain financial responsibility. • RICHARD WAYNE SHOSA, 38, was arrested Saturday by DPS on a charge of theft by check. • JENNIFER ROSE MARTINEZ, 22, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • TIODORO DIAZ, 41, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • SARAH HERNANDEZ, 31, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • MICHAEL LEE RAWLS, 30, was arrested Saturday by DPS on charges of displaying an expired license plate, failure to maintain financial responsibility, violation of a promise to appear and driving while intoxicated. • JORDAN ALLEN MCLEOD, 19, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of minor in consumption of alcohol. • SEAN ADAM THOMASON, 21, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication. • DANIEL MONTEZ VIERA JR., 22, was transferred to the county jail Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of theft. • JOSHUA DON BALES, 21, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. See SHERIFF, Page 5 • IRENE JIMENEZ HINOJOSA, 45, was arrested Sunday by the HCSO on charges of failure to appear (three counts), displaying an expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid and parole violation. • JULIO CESAR CARDENAS, 35, was arrested Sunday by DPS on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid. • ROY GUERRERO CERVANTES JR., 30, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest, search or transportation. • DAVID BURCIAGA, 29, was transferred to the county jail Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a prohibited item in a correctional facility. • VICTOR MANUEL VILLANUEVA, 35, was arrested Sunday by DPS on a charge of no driver’s license. • MICHELLE LYNN GARDNER, 19, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on charges of unrestrained child under 18 years of age and speeding. • EDWARDO GONZALES, 44, was arrested Monday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
