Two arrested on federal drug charges
Saturday, 20 October 2007
A pair of Big Spring men were arrested during the early morning hours Thursday after local and federal law enforcement officials served sealed federal indictments on them charging delivery of a controlled substance.

Terry Lynn Hargers, 38, and Levone Henderson Jr., 43, were taken into federal custody by the Lubbock division of the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on evidence gathered during an undercover operation, according to Sgt. Tony Everett, public information officer with the Big Spring Police Department.

“Henderson was arrested at a residence in the 3700 block of Connally,” said Everett. “Hargers was arrested at a residence in the 2500 block of Albrook. At the time of their arrests, both men were found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Both were taken into federal custody and were expected to appear in federal court in Abilene Oct. 19.”

Everett said no other information on the arrests or undercover operation was available.
