Eleven students from Big Spring High School competed in the All-Region Choir try-outs and two qualified to be placed in the All-Region Choir. Shelby Crews, right, made the Freshman All-Region choir in the alto section, placing fifth out of 80 participants. Kevin Porras placed fourth out of 35 basses and qualified for the High School All-Region choir.
