Chelsea Churchwell Pearce
Chelsea Churchwell Pearce is the daughter of Dennis and Debbie Churchwell of Lubbock, previously of Big Spring. She is the granddaughter of Tom and Eva Churchwell and Vaughn and Helen Martin of Big Spring.

Pearce is a 2012 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Texas A&M University.
She graduated with a degree in animal science from Texas Tech. While attending Texas Tech she was employed part-time with Boseman Vet. Clinic in Lubbock.
Pearce is also a graduate of Big Spring High School. While in high school she participated in band and served as drum major her junior and senior year when she took the band to state finals competition. She also performed with the Big Spring Orchestra where she played the flute and piccolo. She has also toured Europe twice with the Sound of America Orchestra playing the flute. Other high school extra-curricular activities included basketball and track, which she lettered in both.
Chelsea is married to Phillip Pearce, former football coach and girls softball coach at Big Spring High School. She is the mother of a two-year-old, Grayson.
Now that she has received her doctorate of veterintay medicine (DVM) from Texas A&M, she will start her practice at the Emergency Animal Hospital North West Austin on May 21.
