WTVA to show off ‘Click 2’

May 30, 2013

The West Texas VA Health System will be holding an open house at 1:30 p.m. Friday for its new Click 2 Benefits Program.

The reception will be in room 147 at the George O’Brien Jr. VAMC at 300 Veterans Blvd.

“The West Texas VA Health Care System is excited to announce the new Click 2 Benefits program,” said Iva Jo Hanslik, community relations coordinator.

“Veterans will be provided with benefits information and claims assistance through the use of video communication equipment. Veterans will be able to video chat with a claim specialist ready to assist them in any part of the claim process,” she added.

“No need to call. No need to drive to the regional office. No need to fill out any paperwork. VA Click 2 Benefits brings a virtual agent to you,” said Hanslik.
