Settlement clears way for clinic sale

Tuesday night, Big Spring's city council approved a budget amendment which will fund the settlement to a lawsuit blocking the sale of the Malone & Hogan clinic building.

City officials hope to soon begin final negotiations to sell the clinic to Greystone Health Network.
