Coahoma Lions Club to hold Pancake Supper Monday evening

Staff Writer

Entertainment, an open house and a mess of hot-off-the-grill pancakes will be on tap for the annual Coahoma ISD talent show and the Coahoma Lions Club Pancakes Supper Monday.
The hour-long talent show features acts from all four campuses across the district which were chosen from auditions held earlier this month
“We have seven acts from all the different campuses,” said Tabatha Wright, Coahoma High School fine arts teacher. “We have lots of singers and a dance act. Please come out and support the kids. They’ve been working hard on their acts.”
The Coahoma ISD talent show will begin at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium and is free to attend. Monetary donations to the theater department will be accepted at the door.
Before the show, the community will have an opportunity to enjoy hot, fresh pancakes and donate to a charitable organization. The Coahoma Lions Club will host its annual Pancake Supper in the elementary school cafeteria beginning at 5 p.m. and continue until 7 p.m.
