The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 46, of 1023 Stadium Ave., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOE CRUZ GUTIERREZ, 23, of 1010 N.W. Second St., was arrested Thursday on warrants for speeding in a school zone, no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to appear (two counts).
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 3700 block of Hamilton.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 1900 block of Wasson Road.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 69 inmates at the time of this report.
• LEONA ANN JOHNSON, 38, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for theft.
• JOE CRUZ GUTIERREZ, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on warrants for speeding in a school zone, no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to appear (two counts).
• JONATHON ANDREW WRIGHT, 24, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of Moore Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2300 block of Wasson Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of Ramsey. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3800 block of Piper Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 700 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
