Five RBIs from Adam Clark led the way to victory for the Coahoma varsity baseball team in their district matchup against Colorado City on Tuesday, where they came out on top with a final score of 12-2 after just five innings of play.
“We were able to hit the ball really well tonight, and show some discipline at the plate,” said head baseball coach Bryan Jacobs. “We have a little time to work on our defensive fundamentals and really emphasize on our bunt game, which has been lacking, for our playoff game against Early.”
Their location and time for their matchup with the Early Longhorns has not yet been determined.
