118th District Grand Jury hands down 22 felony indictments

The indictments include a charge of murder along with several other violent and drug-related offenses. Those indicted on first-degree charges include: 

• David Anthony Anderson, 35, of 1218 E. 15th St., on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance (Penalty Group 1, four to 200 grams), a first-degree felony; 

• Roy Estrada, 34, of 512 E. Second St. in Brackettville, on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more), a first-degree felony (habitual);  

• Michael Andrew Gamboa, 49, currently a resident of the Howard County Jail, on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (Penalty Group 1, four to 200 grams), both first-degree felonies; and on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a third-degree felony (enhanced);
