Commissioners Court to hold special meeting Tuesday

Following any public comments, County Judge Kathryn Wiseman will introduce the item to approve the required bonds for newly elected and re-elected County officials to be taking office in January 2023. Newly elected County officials are Randy Johnson –  Howard County Judge, Cash Berry –  Precinct 2. County Commissioner, Doug Wagner – Precinct 4 County Commissioner, and Kandi Campbell – Justice of Peace Precinct 2.

Re-elected County officials are Brent Zitterkopf -  County Clerk, Sharon Adams – County Treasurer, Mike Averette – Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 Pl. 2, and Joanna Gonzales – District Clerk. Commissioners may also discuss the law enforcement radio system and take necessary action. A time will also be provided for commissioners to mention any items to be placed on future agendas prior to the meeting being adjourned.
