Rojo pleads not guilty to new indictments

Joel Rojo, a former Big Spring Police Department detective, pleaded not guilty in 118th District Court Wednesday to indictments charging indecency with a child and attempt to commit indecency with a child.

The new charges come on the heels of April indictments that also charged Rojo with sexual misconduct.
