Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez (LLS) Texas State Veterans Home of Big Spring is proud to announce the newest addition to their team, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Natalie Rolling-Edlebeck. Rolling-Edlebeck (R-E) served in the United States active duty Army from 1987-2013. “My desire has always been to serve as a nursing home administrator, I am entering my fourth year as an administrator and yes, this is my first time being with a veteran’s home.  It is a huge task to manage operations while providing person-centered care to our residents, managing a budget, keeping our team members motivated, and while meeting all state and federal regulations.  Within the veteran’s home we have the following departments: activities, admissions, business office, dietary, housekeeping, laundry service, maintenance, medical records, nursing department, social services, and therapy.”
“God blessed us to relocate to Big Spring, this is the epitome of jobs for me as an administrator. This by far is the largest community I’ve managed.  Our veterans have served in just about every war, World War II, The Korean War, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. These ladies and gentlemen deserve the very best.”
